Checking MAF sensor signal HA22 Fault Tracing Starting Problems 850

Volvo Manual lh3.2 mfi/ez-129 di ems 850 1992-
has the following - my questions follow for HA22
----------------------------
- Connect test box to MFI module and check ground terminals
as per NA1-NA2
- plug MFI module into test box adapter
- switch on ignition
Connect voltmeter across #13 (A13) and #20 (A20)
on test box.
Instrument should indicate approx 2.8 V
---------------------------------------
I do not know what a test box is.
Any way, how to do you attach to the MFI module which is
I believe one of three metal boxs in the black air cooled
box at front right of engine compartment?

Under the dash there is a white 53-pin connectors
labeled as
24/2 ... Bulkhead harness to engine compartment
MY QUESTION: ************
do pins #13 and #20 of 24/2 above correspond to same
pins on the mentioned test box ??
If I do not buy a test box, where do I put my multimeter
leads to measure the voltage for the above MAF sensor test??

Many thanks
