WHEEL BEARING REPLACMENT........HOW DIFFICULT?????? 850 1994

My recent post with road/tire noise just might be the wheel bearing. How difficult is it to replace or repack? My '86 240 was pretty to do the fronts, but that is a rear wheel drive car. Do the fronts and rears of my 850 non-turbo sedan accessable to do? If so how? Someone told me that the four front hub carrier bolts should be replaced and not reused. Why?

Thanks in advance.......
