Dealer CANT fix my car S70 1998

I have had a noise coming from my 1998 S70 GTAS since about March. I didn't decide to take it to the dealer until April. The first didn't fix it so I waited until July to get it taken care of again. It has been in 4 times for the same problem and still they have no idea what it could be. They have taken most of the suspension apart, driven the car with "chasis ears." They know the noise is there and that it isn't normal, but every aspect of the suspension is in perfect working order. They have replaces tons of parts, yet the noise is there.

The noise is sort of like a crunching/clunkign noise when you are driving slowly on the right front passenger side. You hear it more when the surface of the road is uneven. They have confirmed that it is not the strut. Yet, when you move the car up and down on the front passenger side above the wheel you hear the noise, but there are 100% sure it is not the strut. It is not the spring seats, strut arm, sway bars, etc.. The suspension is all OK they say.

So, the car is still in the shop and they have contacted Volvo engineers to find out what to do next because they are clueless, and so am I. Anyone have any idea? PLEASE
