'94 854, around 99k, I'm going to replace the hoses soon, hose failures are a pain in the arse and will often happen at the worst time. I had a '94 944 that had its original hoses and a heater hose sprung a large leak at 187k. If you're using hoses that are 100k or 6+ years old, failure can happen either soon or much later (hose failures vary because of all the variables in driving and environment). Don't take chances...or at least carry duct tape in the trunk, it makes for good emergency hose repairs.
