S70 purchase advice S70

I have the opportunity to purchase a 2000 S70 SE (no turbo) for 12k. 62,500 mi, all dealer service including 60k service. New front rotors and pads (genuine volvo). Car is very clean being garaged even during the day. It does have a noise coming out of the suspension when cornering moderate to hard. It also needs tires. Should I jump on this deal? My instinct tells me to pay more for less miles.

What should I expect in repairs up to 125k? I own a 2000 V70 SE that has been problem free for 51k. Thanks for any advice.
