help - car won't start! S40-V40

We had this problem a couple weeks ago.. again, the car was worked on, and it seemed to have life but would not start -- not even a click.

turned out to that they disconnected the battery to do the work and when they were done they had one of the newly hired "garage runners" reconncet the battery cable instead of one of the higher paid Volvo techs. they tightened it enough to run once, but once it was run the vibration loosened it.

Very carefully check your negative battery terminal. I say carefully cause mine was loose and the arcing between the termial and cable had made it extremeley hot, and I got a second degree burn from touching it. (Blisters on the finger.)

Check that, chances are the Dealer did not mess up your car, just may not have tightened the battery cable enough.
