Hi Meatpile,

I just had a new Electronic Throttle Module put in earlier this week for $650; $550 for the part + 1 hour labor, and $30 for software download. The price to have it cleaned was $90. The guy who was charged $1200 for the new ETM may have been gouged. I don't see any reason to get this done before you need to. But, read my post ETS - "Reboot the computer if stranded [V70]󞩿]." I posted this this past Monday. You'll need this tip if you wait too long!
