And the best part is that once you replace the electronic throttle module, you're not done yet because the replacement Magneti Marelli part (remember Fiat), is no better than the one that failed originally. Repeat failures are common, but fortunately for Volvo in most cases the replacement part makes it through the 12 months of their parts warranty, so the repeat replacement will be on you as well.
Poor quality is the gift that keeps on giving.
