Clunky/grinding sound front right side. Sping seats?

Hi everyone. My car makes annoying clunky + metal rubbing sounds on front end, right side. It really sounds like a suspension problem because sounds come with the bumps on the road.

I read other posts and I know now that spring seats could be the problem. Could it be the strut mount too? Here is a picture of the right (where the sound comes from) side strut top. The big black plastic washer is not centered and there are apparent signs of the washer rubbing against metal under it (metal is shiny).
