How to test engine mounting 850

Hi all,

I have replaced the torque mounting at both end, the one that is hanging on the firewall and the other end that is on top of the engine. The one that is hanging on the firewall was the bad one, while the one on top of the engine was replaced because it was incorrectly installed. There is an arrow marking on the rubber, and it was pointing forward which according to the mechanic should point upwards.
And the result is that the noise when the car pulls I've been complaining has gone, but now new louder noise heard when idle plus vibration. According to the mechanic, the noise came from the lower engine mounting.
I have not replaced the lower engine mounting yet for it takes dismantling the subframe...
