Possible tranny leak? 850 1995

Just back from a 2500 mile week in Colorado. I changed to syn oil, 0W40 before we left and the gas milage went from 24 to 25. Pretty good considering the car was loaded with 4 adults and a crammed trunk, also cruising at 3100 rpm across Nebraska and Colorado - that's about 82mph. Average speed from Denver to Twin Cities was 74 mph.

Anyway, when I checked the car the morning after we got back, there was a little puddle under the car. It looks like it comes from a small hose under the large coolant hose at the radiator on the passenger side of the car. Is this a tranny hose? Can the clamp be tightened or does the hose have to be replaced. I do need to replace the tranny fluid, but I thought the hose to remove was on the driver's side??? Confusion reigns again. Too many hoses, not enough brains.
