chirping / humming / whinning noise from dash S70 2000

I just purchased a 2000 S70 SE, and have discovered that there is an annoying whining noise coming from the dash area. I can't seem to locate the noise, but I think it is coming from the area where the dash meets the window, but I'm not 100% sure. This noise generally only appears when I am dring at speeds above 65 mph.

It is absolutely driving me crazy.

I have experimented with the HVAC settings, i.e. blower speed, a/c off or on, vent / defrost, etc. and nothing changes.

Any ideas.......?
