f'n starter is 'sealed' to the engine 850

I have been lightly and just one or two aggressive taps to the starter but the damn thing wont budge. I undid all relative bolts to wires and i took out three bolts on the right side of the starter, the thing shoulda ploped off. but it seems like its welded on. the selenoid screws are very rusted looking. i belive i might have to get a fluid to make the starter fall off. anything anyone can say to help me out ?

It is a '93 volvo 850 glt. im guessing this is the original. btw i dont wanna break it becuase im taking it out to try and " fix " it .
