Readiness Code Drive Cycle T5M S70 1998

Since clearing the check engine light last weekend, I've been trying to to reset the Readiness Codes by following the drive cycle instructions in TSB 23-0059, which was posted here. None of the codes that require a drive cycle have been set, and I've been following the TSB procedure as closely as traffic and signals will allow. I also can't move my gear selector to Drive or Park since I only have a shift lever and clutch pedal.

In the Job Aid document, volvo_OBD_trip.tif, which was also posted here, there are references to three other Volvo service publications: TP 2321201, TSB 23-0056 and Tech-net Note 28-40. Not sure about the last number since the rest of the footnote was cut off in the posted image.

My question is: Do any of these documents give a procedure that specifically applies to manual transmission cars? I would also be interested in hearing from anyone who has successfully reset the Readiness Codes in a MY1996-1998 850/S70/V70/C70 with a manual transmission.
