Connector under right rear flooring.. for hitch? V70-XC70 1998

I'm investigating installing a hitch on my '98 V70 AWD, and I went looking around for pre-existing wiring this evening. Under the right rear removable flooring piece, there is a connector that is clipped to the floor. It has a dummy plug in it, that is, one that has no matching wires coming out of it. The other end is attached to a harness. There are a total of three wires coming out of it, 1 black and two yellow (maybe some stripes on them).

Is this an elusive connector for the hitch wiring? If so, it doesn't seem like enough wires.

Any ideas where there is a connector for the hitch or a hitch wiring harness adapter to connect to?
