rough start 850 1997

bought a 97 855t a year ago with 80k on it. over the last year i have brought the mileage up to about 112k. its still warm here in ohio, and over the last 2 months or show the engine has been having a "harder" start to it. it turns over just as easily as it ever did, but when the engine is cold (like in the morning) there is more vibration throughout the dash and it kinda jumps into life. sorta shakes and creaks some of the interior a lot more than it used to. it used to turnover nearly silently, and that was a big surprise because i drove a 760 for 2 years prior. is this a basic maintanence kinda thing? oil is always changed, i think the motor mounts are still good. any ideas?
