car won't start 1991

My daughter ran my 240 over a parking block.... the exhaust, including the O2 sensor were trashed. This should not be preventing the car from starting....So I am told.... I was advised that there might be a reset button for the fuel pump somewhere, but none of the parts stores around have any information. I know on most Fords there is an inertial fuel shut down switch, and reset...
when I turn the key, I do no hear the fuel pump prime. I am broke, just had hand surgury, and am in a town that takes advantage of female car owners. I was just wondering if there is such a beast, or if anyone has any advice about what to check. Thanks.
