Speedometer intermittent 850

Does anyone have a '97 VOlvo that doesn't have the ABS light on? Mine is on most of the time and when it goes out I actually look for people to show it to! So, yes other electrical issues. But on the speedometer...the needle stays at zero and the odometer doesn't work either and the electronic odometer in the trip computer does not work as well when the needle is not working.
