Brakes frozen? S70 1999

1999 S70 AWD:
I recently washed and dried the car by hand and parked it back in my garage for a week. I started it up and it won't move more than 2" in either direction. All other systems appear fine. I had the ABS module replaced through a dealership under warranty. Any other ideas what may be going on? Getting towed tomorrow morning. :-(
