The best Power steering fluid? 850 1997

Sound from PS pump, replaced wuth Volvo pump from FCP Groton (sound remains), flushed & filled with Castrol Dexron 3/Mercon (owners manual says to use "A.T.F."). During right turns or RPM's above 2500, a venturi spins in the fluid and the pump cavitates, aerates the fluid to bubbles.
