Brakes frozen? S70 1999

Well the car is back and it's been fixed. The problem was that the brake pads were bonded to the rotors. It seems that the rust buildup was just too much to break by rocking the car. New pads and rotors and a sore wallet. :-(

I'm still a bit skeptical of the rotors needing to be replaced but the pads were almost due anyway.

The emergency brake cable is still supposedly rusted and I've been instructed not to engage the brake or it may seize also. This is being double checked in a couple days but for the time being I'll do as told.
