Shaking at 60 plus MPH S70 1999

When you say nothing is loose, what exacty was checked?

Inner and outer tie rods, ball joints? Could be warped rotors, but you would feel a pulse when you were braking if that were the case. Have you tried swapping tires front to back? If you have alloy's, could be an out of round rim. Check that with a runout gauge (tire shop can do it)

Are the tires evenly worn, and have they been rotated every 3-5k miles?

Good luck!
