POWER WINDOW ISSUES V70-XC70 2002

I am considering purchasing a V70 from a dealer (not a Volvo dealer) that has only 20K miles and 15 months left on the factory warranty. Everything appears to be OK except for one thing. Both front windows don't go down all the way. By that I mean the driver's window doesn't completly disappear into the window channel. It leave about almost an inch sticking up near where the door pillar is and where one would rest your elbow. The passenger side is not quite as bad, maybe only 1/2 stick up out of the channel. Is this normal? I wouldn't think so. If I do decide to get the car, that is the only issue I would have them address before I took possession of it. Any particular issues with that year car I should look out for over the next 80K or so miles? I will most likely by the extended warranty that covers it through 100K miles.

Thanks in advance.........P.S., I have 2 850 sedans that I am very pleased with, except for the a/c I had to have worked on recently.
