If you didn't notice a change from E to S in the shift mode, try again. The shift points are higher in the S mode, and down shifts come on at higher RPMs. Check the tranny fluid for red color, if it is dark brown leave the car with the dealer and save yourself a lot of money.

My dealer has all service records for every car on the computer. Just type in the VIN and see everything! You are getting a run around if you are given paper to look at. Remember, any parts replaced by the dealer are guaranteed for a year.

Count the door dings, each one is worth $50 off the price. The A/C should be very, very cold - otherwise the evaporator will cost mega bucks to fix.
