volvo certified used S80

If you want a car covered by warranty, your best bet is a 2002-2003 S80 volvo certified vehicle covered to 100k miles. The '02 and newer S80 are more reliable than the '99-'01 MY. I would not buy a new S80, big $$$$.

I would trade my low mileage S70 for a certified used S80 for the "repairs costs" piece of mind., BUT

If you like the S70 and is paid for, then your best bet is to keep the S70 and learn how to do minor repairs on your car (with the help of this board), and find a reputable indie shop for the major repairs and you'll be fine.
