too good to be true? V70-XC70 1998

in my on-going car search for a late-model 855 or a first-gen. V70 (preferably the latter), I came upon a 1998 V70 with 51K, full power, red, imaac in/out and clean title for...just a bit under $11k! is this for real? I'm in the southern california car market, and the other V70s I've seen seem to go for a bit more. to top it off, this car is from a used-car volvo dealership. I called the place and the person said it's a CLEAN car; they don't sell salvage cars there. is there a catch or am I being way cautious?
