too good to be true? V70-XC70 1998

turbo or non? That makes a difference. Also the color may not be "desirable". Does it have alloys? check the cup holder in the center console to see if it's broken. How about the tailgate trim? Has the timimg and serp belt been done? Even if only 50k miles, it is over 6 years old now. Does it have TRACS?

Basically, take your knowledge of common failures, and poorly designed (non-durable) components that you've read about on this and other forums and grill the heck out of the sales person, and if need be, speak directly to a tech.

There is no such thing as being too cautions when buying a used car of any kind.

Bring it to an Indy to check out.

Again, good luck!
