Air vents and SRS light S70 1998

Hi everyone,
Repaired my blower fan and now getting 10% of ventilation, vents don't seem to be opening fully in any setting and while working on that underneath the glove box, SRS light came on and stays on.
Anyone with a method to verify functioning of vents and how do you turn off the SRS light?
Any info will be greatly appreciated........
