Cig lighter pushed thru...help!

At volvospeed, there are directions for changing the light in your shifter, these directions should also apply to your problem.

Did the brittle, light conducting, plastic ring around the lighter break? That happened to one of our 850s and I was able to glue it together. missing pieces is what will kill you. The job is MUCH easier if you have an assistant hold the console up while you do the repair. A wife is adequate for the task.

BTW - you might consider changing the light while you are in there.
