MAF or TPS? 850 1995

HI,
My wife`s 850T recently has been running fairly rough after it`s warmed up && at hiway speed the car hesitates & almost seems as if it`s going to quit. The car starts fine & idles smoothly til it warms up. All hoses have been checked .
Any ideas? The car is going into the dealer(YIKES!!) next week but I`d like to get a "heads up" before then. Our previous dealer experiences has been EXPENSIVE & not entirely positive on the service end but they are the only game in town!
