240 Wagon Upgrade to V70 S70

I plan to buy a S70 (2000 non-turbo) in the next month and then sell my trusy 91 240 wagon (hard to do). I expect the S70 to have 60-75K miles. Is there major maintenace that I should expect with these miles? I believe the 5 cyclinder is an interference engine so I want to make sure I know the timing belt history. Can someone please advise what the timing belt service interval is? Is the AWD version as reliable as the base? I am hoping to find a car without many bells and whistles. Apprecaite any tips. Thanks!
