Engine Fault Codes 04.5 S40 S40-V40 2004

I bought my 04.5 S40 in Early August anf it has been serviced by the dealer twice for a "Check Engine Light" The first time the Tech said that the fault code pointed to a leak but he couldn't find it. After two days of running multiple tests on the engine, he said that the Mass Airflow sensor needed replacing. The second time the Tech found a vacuum leak at Dipstick tube. The note on the invoice states that they cleared various faults stored. these faults are CEM-3A00, ECM-531D, ECM 531D, and EPS 0021

Does anyone know what these faults mean?

Thanks
