So ... how exactly do I go about repairing the top motor mount? S70

I tried searching these forums, but all I could find were attestments to the job's ease and economy. However, I can't actually find anywhere where it shows HOW to do it. I hear references to "$20 and an hour" ... where can I get the mount for $20? The local dealer has it for $90, blech.

Maybe I was looking for the wrong thing in the wrong places, but any help would be appreciated.
