iddles rough 850 1994

I have a 94 850 wagon non-turbo with an iddling problem. At first it would only hesitate a bit @ around 3k rpm's, but today it started doing it all the time after a 2hr trip. It's misfiring at iddle as well as under load. I just replaced the plugs just in case but w/o any luck. I'll be greateful for any responses!
