Go to your Volvo dealer and show them proof of ownership. They can give you a printout on the vehicle that will include the radio code. I bought a used Volvo last year and they gave me the printout when I went in to purchase additional keys. If you have been a regular customer in the past, they may give you the code over the phone if you give them the VIN.
