Where is the 'tool kit' located? 850 1995

The tool kit is with the spare tire, wrapped up in a plastic pouch. Nothing great, just pliers and a screw driver. Yes you should see an unused plug and harness in the back for the factory CD Changer. I just swapped out the factory SC-811 stereo for a newer SC-816 Stereo/CD player so I have a single CD player in the dash now instead of the CD changer in the back.
