Annoying Popping Noise From Doors Middle Hinge ! C70 1999

I tried to tighten the torx screw on middle hinge but that was not it.
Drivers side door.

It seems to be the sister guide mechanism in the door's middle hinge which
is inside the door not mating properly when opening or closing the door.

Popping noise is very annoying.

Any fixes?
