Exhaust tip tip 850

been there, done that...

the tip is secured by a single bolt...which will be seized...

plently of penetrating oil of your choice till you can get it undone, also between the ip and the body to break the seal...

then i slit down the tip CAREFULLY with an angle grinder, not all the way thru just to weaken it..then big screwdriver to crack the weakened line and worked the tip off..

replaced with a after market stainless steel DTM slash cut tip, looks ok but i did a similar trick on my 940 with a 3" tip and turned it down instead of up and that looks better..
