Back from the shop and not happy:( V70-XC70 1998

For the part, call Tasca Volvo in Massachusetts http://www.tascamercury.com/location/seekonk-volvo/)

Make sure they know you are from out of state. You can get the part usually at a discount wayyyy under list.

Go to AllDataDIY.com and consider starting a subscription. They have diagnostic and repair information for just about every car made. There is probably some info there about replacing that pump. I guarantee I wouldn't be spending that kind of money for the ABS pump, and I can bet the part itself doesn't cost that much.

I just changed my knock sensors because of a CE light. The intake manifold had to come off and actually, it wasn't that hard to do. Dealer wanted $650 to do it. I did it for 100 bucks in parts and 8 hours of my time.
