Fuel Filler Flap Motor 850

Hello,

I have a 1997 850 GLT. The Fuel Filler Flap does not open has got stuck shut. I have released it manually and I see mentioned in the Handbook a Fuel Filler Flap Motor. I have looked in the Haynes Manual and can see no ref to it. Can anyone please tell me:

(1) Is this Motor Fused and if so what is the Fuse Number
(2) Where does it appear in the wiring diagrams
(3) Is there a glitch with them or will I probably need to replace it
