850 vs 240 850

I've owned several 240's and have enjoyed their reliability and simplicity that makes them easy to repair.

I'm looking at a 95' 850 Turbo sedan and know nothing about 850's. It's definitely way different. Are they as reliable as the 240 series. Are they relatively easy to repair/maintain? What are their common faults and what should I look for in a used 850 Turbo? Should I just stay with the 240's or upgrade to an 850? Any suggestions are appreciated.
TIA,
Bill N
