Replace rotors too? S40-V40

I have about 36,000 miles on my S40 and am about to have the front and rear brake pads replaced. (Rear pads were already replaced once with OEM parts.) From the reading I've done on here, sounds like Mintex pads are the way to go (good braking, less dust, no squeak). My question is...is it beneficial to go ahead and replace the rotors too, even in the existing rotors are still usable? Again, from what I've read on here, I'd probably go with Zimmerman or PowerSlot.

Thanks everyone for all the valuable advice I have read on here!!
