low brake pedal S80 2001

Changed front pads & had rotors turned. No problems with re-assembly. Now the pedal is low, stops the car, but realllly low pedal. Tried bleading the fronts, no help. And I did it the old fashioned way with the pedal all the way to the floor. No help, no change. The pedal still goes as far as it did when I first dropped the car off the jack.
