850 Sunroof problems 850 1993

Ok. I got one problem figured out about the loud clicking sound and the right side not moving. It appears I didn't have the motor pushed in far enough. I reinstalled the glass and now when I try to put it at the closed position from the open position it binds about 2 inches from being closed. It appears the right side is trying to go up too soon. Thanks.
