Re-Silver Headlight Reflectors V70-XC70

I replaced my headlight lens, with an aftermarket one. The old one had a big chip in it. Because of the chip, the reflector was pretty dirty. I thought I would clean the reflector before installing the new lens. Big mistake. The silver is very thin, and rubbed off wherever I touched it.

Is there any silver paint I can get to re-silver the reflector?
