Been there. Spent a lot of money replacing the whole unit as the reflectors are not available separately.

Since then I've learned that the method for plating those reflectors is called "vapor deposit." There are companies that use this method to re-chrome plastic items for consumers (end-users).

A Google search should provide you with a few companies to contact.
