2005 v70

I've read that the 2005 v70 T5 will have around 257hp compared to 247hp for previous T5 models. It looks like the displacement hasn't changed as the engine is still listed as a 2.3. Does anyone know the details for the changes and and if the changes could be applied to earlier models. I have a 2001 v70 T5 and would like more power.
