Struts for v70 AWD V70-XC70

They do bounce when you push on the front end. My 12 yr old son even was pushing on the front end to show me how it bounced this weekend. Does aggressive driving shorten the life of the struts? When I say agressive I mean the type of driving a mom does around town hauling kids (sometimes quickly and stopping quickly?)

I decided to go with the factory parts since getting the car back in the shop for in time for state inspection will most likely be tough now. Thanks for the reply.
