Foggy Windshield 850

The past 2 days I have a situation where the inside of the windshield is fogging up. Got the car washed yesterday and noticed the inside of the w/s had a film - thought it was just a poor job of cleaning so I got the Windex out when I got home and cleaned up the window. Today at lunch time, I started the car and noticed the window was fogged up again. The climate control position was set to blow on the windshield and on the floor. I hope this isn't a sign that my heater core is going. I haven't smelled any anti-freeze, noticed any leaks, nor has my anti-freeze overflow shown any loss. Any ideas? Can the heater core be tested? Does the dash have to come out to replace it? My car is a 95 850 Turbo Wagon with 110K on it.

Thanx,

Keith
