Upper Motor Mount - Urethane vs Volvo Rubber??

I've been having a knocking sound when doing highway speeds and turning to the right. Went over everything. Think I've finally found the culprit - upper motor mount it busted. This is on a '97 854 GLT with 74K.

I've searched and read all the related threads. The urethane seems to be the easiest to replace (remove old, bolt in new). But, some complain of new engine vibration felt in the interior. Is it bad/noticable?? Something that you get used to?? Any input would be helpful.

The original volvo rubber bushing seem to be a bit more painful to put in - but no vibration.

So what is the overall consensus. Any/all opinions are greatly appreciated.

Andrew
